  • Report directly to the Processing Supervisor
  • Carry out production, inspection, deburring, and packaging of product
  • Load parts onto machine, balances, secures and indicates prior to machining
  • Writes machining programs
  • Ensures that proper tools are used for the machining program
  • Produces parts to print specifications
  • Must be able to use tape measure, micrometer, calipers, dial indicator, and other measuring devices
  • Must be able to read blue prints
  • Must understand GD&T
  • Must be able to set up and run vertical mill and lathe machines
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Follow all safety standards

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time
  • Willing to work in excess of 40 hours a week
  • High school or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to lift a maximum of 50 Lbs.
  • Committed to quality, safety, and communication
  • Ability to follow direction and adhere to standards


  • 5+ years of Mastercam programing experience
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience
  • Experience with Hass VF and Tarus machines
