Job Description

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Assist with queries from the public and customers
  • Monitor visitor access, maintain sign-in log and provide security badge
  • Enter daily production tickets
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to as requested
  • Receive and sort mail
  • Organize catering if requested, provide visitors with coffee, water..etc.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area, conference room and kitchen area
  • Maintain company phone list
  • Take inventory of supplies (weekly)
  • Prepare stock requisition for supplies get approval (weekly if needed)
  • Order supplies once stock requisition is approved
  • Verify supplies ordered are received and distribute to proper personnel
  • Empty trash in office where needed
  • Make travel arrangements when requested
  • Prepare presentations as requested
  • Support President and CFO with administrative functions as requested.
  • Support Sales Team with weekly call reports and administrative functions as requested.

Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, Internet
Candidate must be pleasant, team player, self-starter, detail orientated, quick learner and able to multi-task.
